What does deep transformation for true power, healing & impact look like?

Some questions don’t resolve by working harder on them.

Coaching here is not advice, and it is not a plan handed to you. It is sustained attention to what is actually happening — in you, in the situation, and in the patterns running between them. The agenda is yours. What I bring is the process, and a way of seeing that tends to make more of the picture available.

What tends to change

Less internal noise. Energy that was going into managing a split becomes available for the work itself.

Clearer thinking. Decisions get made once.

A more accurate read on yourself and your situation — not more information, but more accuracy, which is what makes a response fit.

Effort that moves. The same work, producing the movement it was meant to create.

Some of this looks like stillness at first. A pattern that has held for years does not shift because someone tried harder.

Who this tends to work for

This work tends to matter most when what you are carrying extends past your own role — when you are responsible for others, building something, or holding a system together while also trying to stay whole inside it.

Not because concern for something larger arrives once your own needs are met. It doesn’t. People hold a team, a family or an institution together while barely holding themselves together, and both are real at the same time. That simultaneity is where this work lives.

So the starting point can be anything. A promotion you are not sure you want. A conflict that keeps returning in different clothes. Exhaustion that rest is not fixing. A decision you have been circling for months. A sense that things function and something is still not right.

Formats & Details

Coaching engagements are typically 6 to 12 sessions over 3 to 6 months. Single sessions available for individuals with a specific question. However, real transformative power of coaching lies in repeated engagement.

Sessions are 60 minutes for individuals and 90 minutes for groups or teams. Held mostly online, or in person where feasible.

One-to-one coaching
Individual sessions across a defined engagement. The agenda is yours, session by session.

Team coaching
The team is the client. Work is with the team as a single system — its shared purpose, its patterns, what goes unsaid, and how it coordinates or fails to.

Group coaching
Several individuals, each with their own goals, coached together. People work on their own questions while learning from what surfaces in others.

Coaching is always client-led, in that the client sets the agenda and reaches the answers themselves in a way that’s suited to them. A single-session coaching is not akin to a talk or advices given by coach. In a organisational assignment, the stakeholder might decide the overall agenda, while the client decides the session agenda.

Coaching discussions are always confidential between client and coach, even if paid by someone else, as per ICF’s ethical guidelines.

In team or group coaching, agenda is shaped by team/group and discussion remains confidential between team/group. Confidentiality, in this case, remains a mutual responsibility.
