Workshops and programs for organisations, institutions and individuals

Most training is designed to be understood. Very little is designed to be taken on.

Most training is designed to be understood. Very little is designed to be taken on.

That gap is what these sessions work with. Not more input, but a process where people examine what they already do, try something different, watch it not work, and inquire into why — which is when it starts to change.

The method. Every session mixes three things: skill building, exploration of ideas, and inquiry into your own patterns. Content is set in advance; what happens inside it isn’t. That’s the difference from a curriculum, and it’s why the same session with a different group goes somewhere different.

Why repetition matters. Skills that require unlearning don’t survive a single day. Anything that asks you to stop doing something familiar needs practice, failure, and a place to bring the failure back to. So the deeper work runs across sessions with real life in between. One-day workshops are useful as an entry, an introduction, or a shared language for a team — and they’re honest about what a day can do.

Alongside coaching. Workshops build capability across a group. Coaching works with one person or one team over time. Many engagements use both: a workshop to open something, coaching to carry it through. [Coaching]
